What is the difference between Base Design Direction ($750) and Detailed Design Direction ($1,000)?
The primary difference is the level of floor plan detail. Base Design Direction includes layout guidance and spatial recommendations. Detailed Design Direction includes a more precise andexact floor plan with refined measurements and placement clarity, ideal for clients who needhigher-level spatial specificity before purchasing or building.
How is Design Direction different from full-service design?
Design Direction provides the vision. Full-service design includes continued collaboration, sourcing, contractor communication, and hands-on oversight. If your project requires deeper involvement, I will recommend the level of support that best fits your needs.

Absolutely. Design Direction was created specifically for homeowners who want professional claritywithout full-service management. Whether you are installing finishes yourself or hiring tradesselectively, I provide the framework so you can move forward confidently and avoid costly mistakes.Great design is not about who installs it — it is about direction.

Do you offer discounts?
My pricing reflects the experience, time, and clarity I bring to each project. Because my services arestructured as transparent flat-fee packages, I do not offer discounts. This ensures fairness andconsistency for every client.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. I am happy to collaborate with your existing contractor to ensure the design vision is executed cohesively. If you do not have one, I can recommend trusted professionals.
What is your design style?
My work leans light, cohesive, and intentional. You will often see warm wood tones, balanced color,thoughtful layering, clean lines, and eclectic touches that feel grounded. Every project ispersonalized. My role is to refine your taste — not override it.

I am based in Connecticut and serve Monroe and surrounding areas. Virtual Design Direction services are available nationwide.
How long does Design Direction take?
Most Design Direction projects are delivered within 2–3 weeks from consultation, depending on scope and responsiveness.
